Welcome to the Waldron lab at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy in New York City. My lab has an active research program developing software and databases to advance the study of cancer genomics and of metagenomic profiling for the human microbiome. Here’s more information about our research interests, classroom and workshop teaching, tools and resources we’ve created, and a list of the people involved.

I welcome applications for internships and research assistantships, and am taking new students for fieldwork, Capstone / masters essays, and doctoral thesis.

Lab members, please see the contributing for more information on how to create or edit posts.
